# Token Fee

The Hawky token features a trading fee set lower than the standard, fixed at **5%** for each buy and sell transaction. This token fee will kick-in 24 hours after liquidity is added.

The revenue generated from this fee is allocated as follows:

**Hawky Holders** 

3% of the collected fee is automatically directed to the staking dApp, accessible at <https://rewards.hawky.ai> (coming soon). This distribution is automated and requires no intervention, with rewards distributed among Hawky stakers based on their pool.

**Development & Marketing**&#x20;

2% of the collected fee is allocated to support the development and marketing efforts of the Hawky ecosystem. This includes funding for partnerships, salaries, and operational expenses.

**Team and Founders**&#x20;

Another 5% is allocated to the team and founders as recognition for their ongoing leadership, vision, and efforts.
